Helen Youngman Education was established in 2015 and has since become a trusted provider of inspirational, practical training for teachers, headteachers, and education professionals across the United Kingdom. Built on decades of real classroom and leadership experience, our work is rooted in authenticity, credibility, and an unwavering commitment to improving outcomes for children.

With a 26-year career in primary education, Helen brings deep insight into what truly makes schools thrive. A former highly successful teacher and headteacher, her leadership was recognised as Outstanding by Ofsted. However, Helen believes that genuine excellence in education is about far more than inspection judgements. It is about care, nurture, integrity, and making a meaningful difference to children and families — particularly in the most challenging circumstances.

Helen Youngman Education exists to support schools not just to prepare for inspection, but to build strong, sustainable practice that improves teaching, learning, and attainment for the long term. Our training blends current best practice with clear, practical guidance around Ofsted expectations where appropriate, always keeping the focus on what matters most: high-quality education for every child.

Helen understands first-hand the pressures of school leadership. She does not present herself as a “super head”, but as someone who has experienced the full reality of the role — the successes, the mistakes, the exceptional days, and the deeply challenging ones.
