About Us

Helen Youngman Education was formed in 2015 and has been delivering inspirational and practical training for teachers, headteachers and education professionals across the United Kingdom.

Helen’s aim is to inspire primary schools to achieve outstanding results for the children and not just for the purpose of inspection. All of our training provides current best practice combined with practical Ofsted support, if appropriate and aims to help schools raise attainment and improve the quality of teaching and learning.

Helen was a successful teacher and Head teacher and has over 22 years experience in a range of primary schools. Her leadership was graded as outstanding by Ofsted, however she does not want her legacy to be Ofsted words on a page, as this does not tell you anything about the exceptional care and nurture she gave to children and families, in the most challenging of circumstances, throughout  her career.

Helen knows how intense and difficult school leadership can be and never claims to be perfect or an expert ‘super head’; she made mistakes, had amazing days, but also very difficult challenging days.

Helen’s passion was and always will be the children, who she can genuinely say she put at the heart of all her work and decisions throughout her career.
