Description
The SLT in every school should be the driving force of school improvement. It is vital that every member of the team plays their part in improving practice and consistency across the school. However, in some schools the SLT do not work effectively which has a negative impact on staff, children and the wider school community. This could be due to aq lack of knowledge, skills or clashes in personality and approach.

- Achievement – how to evidence it and present it to Ofsted.
