Description

The importance of reading from an early age can never be overstated; it is the key to future success in their education journey. Reading makes up a fundamental part of language development in early childhood. Not only does it help with a child’s ability to understand words, but it also ignites the spark for imagination. Reading plays a crucial role for speech development and introduces children to the world around them as well as new concepts.

This course will give EYFS leaders and practitioners everything they need to teach and develop reading to an exceptional standard in EYFS. You will learn from the very best schools and EYFS settings and gain a wealth of ideas, strategies and resources you can implement quickly and will have a big impact on progress, standards and attainment.
