Helen Youngman Education was formed in 2015 and has been delivering inspirational and practical training for teachers, headteachers and education professionals across the United Kingdom.

Helen’s aim is to inspire primary schools to achieve outstanding results for the children and not just for the purpose of inspection. All of our training provides current best practice combined with practical Ofsted support, if appropriate and aims to help schools raise attainment and improve the quality of teaching and learning.

Helen Youngman is a highly successful teacher and Head teacher and has over 22 years experience in a range of primary schools in the south east of England. Her leadership was graded as outstanding by Ofsted, however she does not want her legacy to be an Ofsted grade, rather she would like to be remembered for always having the children at the heart of all of her work.
