This audit, consultancy and training package will identify your strengths as an SLT and areas to improve. This will be followed by high quality coaching and training for each individual member to fulfil their roles and responsibilities and create a highly effective SLT.

- Senior Leadership Team Audit
- Audit for your staff regarding their opinions of SLT
- Training and coaching sessions (1 full day) to improve impact and effectiveness of your SLT.
- Return visit to observe SLT meeting and complete new audit of staff and members of SLT to gauge improvements
